Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the Build Operate and Transfer cooperation agreement between the NTB Regional Government and PT. Lombok Plaza in the construction and management of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center. The Regional Government immediately takes a firm stance to terminate the cooperation agreement with PT Lombok Plaza To continue the development of the West Nusa Tenggara Convention Center and its supporting facilities, the Regional Government will immediately look for other investors by entering into a new cooperation agreement.
